Real Estate Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, result‑oriented Real Estate Team Lead to manage a group of agents and sales executives. The role focuses on driving sales performance, achieving team targets, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and guide a team of Real Estate Agents/Sales Executives, setting daily, weekly and monthly sales objectives.
• Monitor individual performance, provide coaching, and generate regular performance reports for management.
• Distribute leads, track the full sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow‑up and conversion.
• Assist team members with high‑value clients, complex negotiations, property presentations and site visits.
• Develop strategies to improve lead‑to‑site‑visit and site‑visit‑to‑booking conversion rates.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM and other internal teams to maintain smooth sales operations.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline with 2–5 years of experience in real‑estate sales or a comparable target‑based sales sector.
• Prior experience managing a sales team; strong knowledge of the local real‑estate market is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
