Real Estate Representative – Industrial & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Representative to join EMAREA Immobilier Industriel & Logistique in Nawai. The role focuses on supporting the company’s industrial and logistics real‑estate activities by acting as the main point of contact for prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients and present suitable property options.
• Coordinate and accompany site visits for industrial and logistics properties.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain professional communication.
• Record all client interactions accurately and prepare basic activity reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of leasing or sales processes.
• Assist with documentation, follow up on pending agreements, and gather market information relevant to the sector.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organization and time‑management to handle multiple inquiries and documentation tasks.
• Basic understanding of real‑estate processes or willingness to learn industrial and logistics concepts.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented and customer‑service mindset.
• Relevant education or experience in sales, real estate, business or a related field is a plus.
