React Native Developer — Mobile Apps

About the role

Cyurae is building an AI‑powered consumer product at the intersection of fashion and technology. We are looking for a React Native Developer to own the development and delivery of reliable Android and iOS applications, turning product requirements into mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Android and iOS apps using React Native and TypeScript, creating reusable components and clear state‑management patterns.
• Convert Figma designs into responsive screens, delivering consistent layouts, gestures and animations across device sizes.
• Integrate the app with REST APIs and AI‑powered services, handling authentication, pagination and error states.
• Implement device features such as image capture, push notifications, deep links and manage app lifecycle transitions.
• Improve performance and reliability by optimizing startup time, list rendering, animations, image loading and memory usage.
• Write unit, component and end‑to‑end tests, collaborate with QA on real devices and resolve regressions before release.
• Ensure secure mobile development using secure storage, proper permissions and safe API access.
• Manage signed builds, versioning, TestFlight and Google Play tracks, and provide production support.
• Break features into tasks, estimate effort, participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional mobile app development experience with hands‑on React Native ownership of production releases.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, including React hooks, component lifecycle and asynchronous programming.
• Practical knowledge of navigation, state management and data caching (e.g., React Navigation, Redux Toolkit, Zustand).
• Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication, third‑party SDKs and device features with robust error handling.
• Working knowledge of Android Studio, Xcode and native build tooling, including debugging and signing.
• Hands‑on experience with automated testing, performance profiling and debugging on physical Android and iOS devices.
• Comfortable with Git, pull requests, code reviews and release workflows.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite in Gurugram (relocation required for candidates outside).
