React Frontend Developer – Data Modeling & Cloud Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a skilled React frontend developer to join Capco’s technology team. You will build modern, data‑driven user interfaces that support large‑scale modeling on the Databricks platform and integrate with FastAPI backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop user‑facing features and reusable UI components using React.js.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code with a focus on responsiveness and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state using Redux, Context or similar solutions.
• Optimize performance, implement caching strategies, and ensure high‑quality user experiences.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Debug issues, write unit tests, and maintain code quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building complex front‑end applications with React.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, modern front‑end tooling and UI libraries.
• Familiarity with data‑science concepts and cloud‑based platforms such as Databricks.
• Experience working with FastAPI or similar backend services is a plus.
