R&D Senior Cloud Developer

About the role

AVEVA is looking for a senior‑level cloud developer to design and implement secure, resilient cloud platform capabilities for AVEVA Unified Learning. You will work in an agile team, contribute to architectural decisions, and use modern engineering practices, including AI‑assisted development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, resilient features for AVEVA Unified Learning.
• Contribute to technical design and implementation across cloud and service‑based architectures.
• Build and improve services using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to boost productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate within an agile team and share knowledge on cloud technologies.
• Identify and champion product and process improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cloud development on AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong design and coding abilities with a proven record of high‑quality outcomes.
• Self‑driven, motivated individual who can deliver with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in an agile, time‑constrained environment.
