About the role

As an R&D Member of Technical Staff II at AVEVA, you will turn software requirements into robust, scalable web and cloud solutions that support leading industrial companies. You will work within a global team of developers, contributing to innovative products that leverage AI, cloud, and advanced engineering technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web and cloud applications using multiple programming languages and tools.
• Participate in software architecture and design activities, ensuring alignment with security, performance, and scalability standards.
• Collaborate with technology stakeholders to define frameworks, delivery timelines, and effort estimates.
• Execute complex development tasks, including secure coding, code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Guide junior team members during release planning and support Agile/Scrum processes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, design patterns, and software design principles.
• Proven experience delivering high‑performance, scalable modules in C# and .NET environments.
• Ability to work effectively in distributed, global teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and logical reasoning skills.
