RCMS Posting Associate I – Night Shift (US)

About the role

Qualifacts is seeking a detail‑oriented RCMS Posting Associate I to join its Revenue Cycle Management team in Vadodara. This full‑time, night‑shift position (6:30 pm‑3:30 am IST) supports US‑based clients and requires strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately post insurance and patient payments line‑by‑line using medical claim billing software.
• Meet daily posting deadlines to keep accounts receivable up to date.
• Read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to reconcile payments, denials, and adjustments.
• Attend monthly staff meetings, client calls, and ongoing educational sessions.
• Provide training and resolve queries for team members to maintain posting accuracy.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality throughout the posting process.
• Maintain data security and integrity of practice information.
• Support revenue cycle performance analysis as requested by supervisors.
