Radiology Sales Representative

About the role

Edusoft Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive B2B sales of its comprehensive X‑Ray and radiology product portfolio across major Indian cities. You will be the primary point of contact for hospitals, diagnostic centres, and medical colleges, building lasting relationships and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Develop and nurture relationships with radiologists, doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase teams, and hospital management.
• Expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while monitoring competitor activity and market trends.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and territory performance reports.
• Coordinate with Service, Applications, and Operations teams to ensure smooth installation and post‑sale support.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in radiology, medical devices, or diagnostic imaging.
• Existing network with hospitals, diagnostic centres, radiologists, or distributors is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
