Quantity Surveyor

About the role

You will manage the financial side of construction and fit‑out projects from concept to completion, preparing estimates, tracking costs and ensuring commercial control for both Indian and UK assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities for luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
• Carry out accurate take‑offs from drawings and 3D models using specialised software.
• Support tendering, contractor selection and contract administration.
• Monitor costs throughout the build, flag variances early and manage change control.
• Value work in progress, assess contractor payment applications and help agree final accounts.
• Produce clear cost reports for directors and, when required, for clients.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline estimating, reporting and cost tracking.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on high‑end construction or fit‑out projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm with complex numbers.
• Familiarity with UK contracting practice is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with take‑off and estimating software such as CostX or Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of Procore (preferred).
