Quantity Surveyor & Contractor – Bangalore

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor & Contractor will join SUYUG INFRA’s Bangalore office to lead quantity surveying and on‑site construction coordination for residential projects. This full‑time position blends cost estimation, tender support and daily site supervision to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review quantity take‑offs, bills of quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
• Monitor project budgets, track material usage and verify contractor invoices.
• Support tendering processes and negotiate with contractors.
• Supervise site work, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and vendors to resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Maintain documentation, reporting and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in quantity surveying and construction supervision.
• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks on‑site.
