Quantitative Aptitude Faculty – Banking Exams

About the role

PhysicsWallah is seeking an experienced Quantitative Aptitude Faculty to teach and mentor students preparing for banking and insurance competitive examinations. The role involves delivering high‑quality, exam‑focused instruction and creating supportive learning resources to help aspirants succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures on quantitative aptitude topics, simplifying concepts with shortcuts and exam‑oriented methods.
• Mentor students throughout their preparation, providing strategic guidance and doubt‑solving sessions.
• Develop study materials, PDFs, assignments, practice questions, mock tests, and video lectures aligned with current banking exam patterns.
• Design sectional tests, quizzes, and full‑length mock exams, analyzing performance data to suggest improvement strategies.
• Stay updated on banking exam trends, syllabus changes, and question patterns, continuously refining teaching methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Prior experience teaching quantitative aptitude for banking, SSC, CAT, or similar competitive exams.
• Passionate about teaching, strong classroom management, and a result‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic academic environment.
