Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation Faculty (Gwalior)

About the role

Toprankers is seeking a passionate Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (QA‑DI‑LR) faculty member to mentor students preparing for CAT, IPMAT, CLAT and other aptitude‑based exams. The role involves delivering high‑quality classroom and online sessions, simplifying complex concepts, and fostering strong problem‑solving abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and virtual lessons in Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning.
• Conduct doubt‑clearing sessions, one‑on‑one mentorship, and track student performance.
• Analyze mock‑test results, identify learning gaps, and collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum.
• Participate in faculty training, workshops, and academic reviews.
• Represent Toprankers at seminars, school visits, and outreach events as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce or related field; MBA or strong aptitude background preferred.
• 2–6 years of teaching experience for CAT, IPMAT, CLAT, CUET or similar exams (freshers with exceptional scores may be considered).
• Proven record of student selections and academic outcomes is a plus.

• Strong command of Quantitative Aptitude concepts.
• Excellent understanding of Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning.
• Ability to teach across varying learning levels.
• Effective communication, presentation and classroom management.
• Proficiency in both offline and online teaching methodologies.
