Quality Technologist – Production Office (Delhi)

About the role

The Quality Technologist will drive continuous improvement of product and facility quality for the COS brand. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you will ensure that luxury products meet COS quality standards from sample development through bulk production and customer use.

Key responsibilities

• Improve product and facility quality and empower suppliers to deliver COS‑aligned quality.
• Provide suppliers with COS quality foundations, standards, and production know‑how.
• Support suppliers in developing production capability from sample to bulk according to COS needs.
• Own product quality end‑to‑end, performing inline and end‑of‑line inspections as required.
• Co‑execute market development, supplier, and product strategies with senior quality and merchandising managers.
• Monitor and manage product and supplier performance, develop supplier capacity, and assess performance.
• Coach and develop supplier partners, acting as a COS brand quality ambassador.

Required profile

• Willingness to spend majority of time at supplier factories across India.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and the local language.
