Quality Technologist – Production Office (Delhi, India)

About the role

The Quality Technologist will drive continuous improvement of product and facility quality for the COS brand, working closely with suppliers across India. You will act as the brand’s quality ambassador, ensuring that standards, materials and processes align with COS’s vision of luxury disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain COS quality foundations, including standards and production know‑how.
• Empower suppliers through the self‑reliance strategy, from sample development to bulk production.
• Own product quality end‑to‑end, from sample through bulk manufacturing to customer use.
• Perform inline and end‑of‑line quality inspections, including cross‑checks and VIP order reviews.
• Collaborate with Quality Manager, Global Merchandising teams to execute market development, supplier and product strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance, drive capacity development and coach partners.
• Promote COS Quality Guideline Principles (Longevity, Premium Making, Innovative Materials, Detail‑orientation).

Required profile

• Willingness to spend the majority of time on‑site at factories and supplier locations.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and the local language.
