Quality Team Member – Shift Work

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Team Member to join our production floor, ensuring that gypsum board components meet our standards while supporting operators during all shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Work on a rotating shift schedule (6 am‑2 pm, 2 pm‑10 pm, or 10 pm‑6 am) and be available for occasional 12‑hour extensions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, cutting, and packing gypsum boards.
• Assist operators with quality checks and intervene during emergencies.
• Travel domestically to customer sites and internal connections as required.
• Maintain accurate records using Office 365 tools.

Required profile

• Graduated at least two years prior to joining.
• Willingness to work holidays, Sundays (with weekday off) and occasional extended hours.
• Ability to handle physical work safely.
• Flexibility to support the team during emergencies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
