Quality Management Specialist

About the role

The Quality Management Specialist will design, implement, and maintain systems that monitor process performance, product quality, customer complaints, and process deviations. Working closely with manufacturing, maintenance, and production teams, the role emphasizes data‑driven analysis and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Establish monitoring systems for process performance, product quality, customer complaints and process deviations.
• Analyse trend data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance and production teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Document findings and prepare reports for senior management.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required quality documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within an industrial or production setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data trends.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to work across functional areas.
• Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead and manage improvement projects.
