Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)

About the role

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will guide a team of quality engineers through multi‑disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration, ensuring high‑quality application delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, develop end‑to‑end testing strategies, and apply business knowledge to improve quality processes throughout the application lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert on quality engineering.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to achieve performance goals.
• Make decisions for the team and influence cross‑team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, contributing to key architectural and testing decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across other teams.
• Facilitate training and mentorship for junior members to enhance their skills.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes for optimal performance and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience working with Selenium.
• 15 years of full‑time education as specified.
