Quality Engineer – Manufacturing (TM-MFG)

About the role

We are seeking a competent and experienced Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on maintaining and improving product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and FMEA analyses.
• Conduct internal and external audits covering QMS, EMS, OHSAS, EHS, and 6S systems.
• Handle customer complaints, drive CAPA actions, and ensure systematic closure of non‑conformities.
• Utilize modern analytical equipment to monitor quality parameters.
• Apply QC tools and techniques to drive quality improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a quality department within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
