Quality Engineer II – Manual QA

About the role

Qualifacts is a leading provider of behavioral health software and SaaS solutions. As a Quality Engineer II you will join the QA team in Vadodara to ensure the reliability and performance of web and mobile applications through rigorous manual testing.

Key responsibilities

• Create, review and execute test cases, scenarios and test plans for web and mobile platforms.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke and system testing.
• Identify, document and track defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development, product and design teams to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Conduct API testing with Postman or Swagger.
• Validate UI/UX consistency across devices and browsers.
• Execute database verification and SQL queries to validate data integrity.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented manual QA professional with strong analytical skills.
• Hands‑on experience in software testing and solid background in manual testing practices.
• Basic exposure to automation frameworks.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
