Quality Controller – Jewelry Manufacturing

About the role

Voylla is seeking a full‑time Quality Controller to join its jewelry manufacturing team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for inspecting jewelry pieces throughout production, ensuring they meet the brand’s high standards for craftsmanship, materials, finishes, and durability.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect jewelry at various production stages and document results.
• Identify defects or non‑conformities and coordinate corrective actions with the production team.
• Monitor compliance with quality procedures and support internal audits.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and quality‑related metrics.
• Collaborate with supervisors and shop‑floor staff to reinforce best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to accurately classify and report defects.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities on the shop floor.
• Organizational skills for maintaining structured documentation.
• Relevant diploma or degree in manufacturing, quality, jewelry design, or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Quality Control and Quality Assurance knowledge.
• Experience with Quality Management and Auditing processes.
• Training capability to guide production teams on quality requirements.
