About the role

The Quality Auditing Associate supports Accenture's Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) operations, ensuring that prescription drug programs run smoothly and meet quality standards. This role works primarily from an office setting on night shifts, contributing to digital transformation initiatives in healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve routine operational problems by applying established guidelines and precedents.
• Interact with team members and direct supervisors to coordinate daily tasks.
• Follow detailed instructions for routine work and new assignments.
• Impact own work outcomes through individual contributions within a focused scope.
• Support third‑party administrators in processing prescription drug claims, maintaining formularies, and negotiating pharmacy contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits or related operations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts from an office environment.
