Quality Auditing Analyst

About the role

The Quality Auditing Analyst will join Accenture's global internal audit team, reporting to the Internal Audit Associate Manager. The role focuses on executing audit plans, meeting performance metrics, and ensuring the efficiency of the worldwide audit process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform internal audits as scheduled and ensure they are completed on time.
• Monitor and meet audit performance metrics.
• Identify and address audit issues promptly.
• Maintain and improve the efficiency of the global audit process.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and support data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with peers, clients, and Accenture management as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• CA/CPA or comparable certification preferred.
• 3‑5 years (or more) experience in audit functions such as External Audit, Internal Audit, SOX, or equivalent corporate roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
