Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will independently conduct inspections of woven and leather garments throughout the production process. This role ensures that all products meet the required standards and that any quality issues are promptly addressed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections as assigned, covering PP samples, size set samples, inline checks, and final audits.
• Generate detailed inspection reports, propose corrective actions, and share findings with factories and production teams.
• Maintain effective communication with the reporting manager, office staff, and factory representatives.
• Monitor product quality continuously and raise any concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Textile, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience working in a buying office environment.
• Strong command of English and the local language, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail.
• Self‑motivated, high integrity, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of woven and leather garments, including garment treatments and washing techniques.
• Proficiency in computer use and reporting tools.
