About the role
The Quality Assurance Officer will oversee the documentation cell, ensuring that all pharmaceutical records meet regulatory and internal standards. This role is essential for maintaining product quality and compliance throughout the organization. The officer will also support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation evidence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and control documentation processes within the QA department.
- Verify that all records are accurate, complete, and stored according to SOPs.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve documentation gaps.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation to identify and correct non‑conformities.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation templates and version control.
Required profile
- Graduation in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or equivalent).
- 2 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance or documentation management within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical documentation.
