Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Arcitech AI is an AI‑native technology company building a portfolio of SaaS products. We are seeking a senior Quality Assurance Manager to own the QA function across our product suite. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define QA strategy, lead a team of 8‑12 engineers, and ensure release‑readiness for 7‑8 concurrent projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the QA vision and strategy across the SaaS portfolio.
• Determine manual, automation, and performance testing scope per product and release.
• Make release‑readiness decisions in partnership with product and engineering leadership.
• Prioritize testing effort across multiple projects, balancing coverage and speed.
• Manage a team of 8‑12 QA engineers, including setting expectations, conducting 1:1s, and handling performance reviews.
• Grow the team’s technical depth in manual testing, Python + Selenium automation, and performance testing.
• Lead hiring for the QA function and oversee onboarding and ramp‑up.
• Develop the QA Lead as a senior technical report.

Required profile

• 6+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in a QA management role.
• Proven experience running QA for SaaS/IT product companies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a QA team of 8+ engineers.
• Strong track record in QA strategy across manual, automation, and performance testing.
• Comfortable reporting to senior leadership and making release‑readiness decisions.
