Quality Assurance Lead (Assistant Vice President)

About the role

Join Delta Capita's Report Hub team and play a pivotal role in delivering quality across a leading regulatory reporting platform. You will lead quality engineering across multiple delivery squads, driving testing strategy, automation, governance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Quality Engineering strategy for Report Hub.
• Lead test automation initiatives and enhance testing frameworks.
• Oversee functional, integration, API, data and non‑functional testing.
• Ensure quality practices are embedded within Agile and CI/CD delivery processes.
• Mentor and develop QA engineers while fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to manage quality risks and drive delivery outcomes.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of experience leading QA or Quality Engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in test automation, Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
• Experience testing APIs, distributed systems and data‑intensive applications.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance delivery speed, quality, regulatory compliance and operational risk.
