Quality Assurance Engineer / Tester (Junior to Senior)

About the role

Delta Capita is growing the team behind Report Hub, our market‑leading regulatory reporting platform used by global financial institutions. We are looking for both Junior and Senior QA Engineers to help ensure the quality, reliability and performance of mission‑critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute functional, integration, regression and end‑to‑end testing.
• Validate application functionality, data quality and system performance.
• Identify and manage defects through to resolution.
• Support test automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and product teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Help drive a quality‑first culture across the organisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience (Junior).
• Significant experience testing enterprise applications and platforms (Senior).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and engage confidently with stakeholders.
• Understanding of software testing principles, methodologies and test strategy.
