About the role
Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is seeking a Quality Assistant Manager to support its RBIC portfolio in passive safety and driver assistance. The role focuses on statistical process control, problem solving and internal audits for automotive brake system components.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability studies.
- Lead problem‑solving activities using methodologies such as 8D and Shainin.
- Conduct internal system audits and support external IATF audits.
- Perform data analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- 6‑10 years of experience in automotive part quality.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality systems.
