Quality Assistant Manager – Automotive

About the role

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is seeking a Quality Assistant Manager to support its RBIC portfolio in passive safety and driver‑assistance products. The role focuses on statistical process control, problem solving and continuous improvement within a high‑performance automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability studies.
• Lead problem‑solving activities using methodologies such as 8D and Shainin.
• Conduct internal system audits and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Perform data analysis to drive quality improvements and support corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• 6‑10 years of experience in automotive part quality or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and core IATF tools (PFMEA, Control Plan).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
