QC Training Specialist – Learning & Development

About the role

The QC Training Specialist will lead learning and development initiatives for Quality Control Micro Fulfillment Centres (MFCs). You will identify knowledge gaps, design training interventions, and support hub and MFC teams to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and fill knowledge gaps to support business objectives.
• Recommend and implement training solutions for mapped hubs and MFCs.
• Track site performance metrics and schedule proactive training interventions.
• Supervise structured learning metrics and manage live performance data.
• Deliver classroom and digital training on new processes and SOPs to supervisors and leaders.
• Maintain data analysis and reporting to meet business requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of new‑hire digital training, coaching, and performance‑improvement programs.
• Partner with operations leaders for site health checks and immediate gap remediation.
• Lead individual improvement projects to boost business performance.
• Drive quality and learning metrics across assigned sites.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis is a plus.
