QA Engineer

About the role

Wizikey is seeking a motivated QA Engineer with at least one year of manual testing experience to join its Product & Engineering team. You will help ensure the quality of our web‑based SaaS platform, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and customer success colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications, verifying functionality, usability, and browser compatibility.
• Perform API testing using Postman and validate data against the database.
• Document test results, defects, and provide clear reproduction steps.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team to deliver high‑quality releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on manual testing experience, preferably with B2B SaaS products.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required skills
