QA Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a QA Consultant to evaluate and audit telephone, email and chat interactions on behalf of our clients. The role focuses on maintaining high quality standards, minimizing variance, and providing actionable feedback to improve agent performance.

Key responsibilities

• Audit conversations and transactions according to predefined guidelines, ensuring minimal quality variance.
• Provide detailed feedback through the evaluation tool to agents and clients.
• Participate in client and internal calibration calls to ensure scoring consistency.
• Meet or exceed daily volume and productivity targets.
• Complete client‑specific training and stay up‑to‑date with any updates.
• Engage in internal and external training programs to continuously develop required skills.
• Adhere to all HR policies, including code of conduct, attendance, and floor discipline.
