QA Automation Engineer – Bangalore

Join a fast‑growing team building a global HCM platform enhanced with AI applications. As a QA Automation Engineer you will help ensure the quality and reliability of our platform by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team to understand use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the automation framework and create test cases for platform and functional modules.
• Work with the QA team to execute tests, analyze results and report defects.
• Own test automation KPIs and drive tool selection to improve metrics.
• Integrate automated test scripts into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Mentor team members on automation technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on QA automation experience in a product environment.
• Experience working in an agile software development setting.
• Proven ability to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated willingness to adopt new technologies quickly.
• Strong understanding of APIs and web‑application architecture.
