Q2C Specialist

About the role

Kantar is hiring a Q2C Specialist in Gurgaon, part of an integrated finance function delivering operational finance specialist services. The role reports to the Q2C Tower Lead and covers end-to-end Job Management, Billing and Cash allocation, working with internal and external stakeholders so that processes meet performance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the Group Quote to Cash policy
• Handle end-to-end Job Management, Billing and Cash allocation
• Liaise with Stakeholder Management and collaborate with the team and internal stakeholders

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a senior accountant or equivalent role
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience with Job Accounting, including familiarity with the straight-line revenue recognition method at Kantar
• Experience in a GBS environment preferred; experience managing a finance operations or reporting environment preferred
• Ability to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

Required skills

• Sound knowledge of MS Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ERP systems and other key business process technologies
• Team leadership experience and experience with transformation and change programmes
• Ability to follow policies and procedures, work independently under pressure and be target and result driven
