About the role
We are seeking a Python Flask Developer to join our team at MiG Arch. The role focuses on building and maintaining backend services for real‑business software products.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python‑based backend applications using Flask.
- Create and document RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services.
- Implement database logic with MySQL or PostgreSQL and ensure data integrity.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in existing code.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
Required profile
- 1–4 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Proactive attitude; able to work independently without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Strong code quality mindset, with clear documentation and ownership of deliverables.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
