Purchasing Specialist – Global Procurement

About the role

The Purchasing Specialist will support Envu’s global procurement function, managing end‑to‑end purchasing processes for the APAC, EMEA and NALA regions. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions (PRs) for policy compliance, proper documentation and budget alignment.
• Validate purchase orders (POs) against vendor agreements, checking quantities, pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with requesters and approvers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
• Monitor and report PR and PO status to support on‑time delivery.
• Create and maintain procurement content such as user guides, templates and training materials.
• Develop and update D365 Purchase Agreements and Trade Agreements to reflect current pricing and terms.
• Conduct supplier screening and due‑diligence to verify compliance with company standards.
• Administer vendor master data, reviewing onboarding documents and maintaining accurate records.

Required profile

• Experience reviewing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Familiarity with supplier compliance processes and vendor master data administration.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) procurement module.
