Purchasing Manager

About the role

The Purchasing Manager will lead procurement activities for our corporate gifting business, ensuring the timely and cost‑effective sourcing of high‑quality merchandise, packaging, and related services. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Jaipur and works closely with sales, operations, and design teams to meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers that align with brand standards and budget constraints.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure the best value.
• Monitor inventory levels, create and manage purchase orders, and track deliveries.
• Resolve supplier issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Analyze purchasing data to optimise vendor relationships and improve procurement processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing decisions with project timelines and client requirements.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in purchase management, vendor negotiation, and supply chain coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce or a related field (preferred).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jaipur in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP tools and procurement software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
