Purchasing Executive

About the role

The Purchasing Executive will manage procurement activities for construction and fit‑out projects, ensuring timely availability of materials while supporting project budgets and quality standards. This full‑time, on‑site position in Hyderabad works closely with engineering, project management and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions, prepare and issue purchase orders using the ERP system.
• Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules with vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to track deliveries and ensure timely material availability on site.
• Monitor inventory levels, update procurement records and support budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, company policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• Experience procuring a wide range of building materials and products for construction projects.
• Proven ability to evaluate and pre‑qualify vendors, negotiate rates and manage delivery timelines.
• Strong coordination skills with engineering, project and finance teams to align purchasing decisions with project schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP procurement modules.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
