Purchase Executive – Modular Interior (Gurugram)

About the role

We are seeking a Purchase Executive with 2‑4 years of experience in the modular interior sector to manage end‑to‑end procurement for our projects in Gurugram. The role involves sourcing a wide range of interior materials, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complete purchase and procurement activities for modular/interior projects.
• Source and procure materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, fittings, accessories, and other interior items.
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
• Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor timely delivery.
• Collaborate with project, design, production, and warehouse teams for material requirements.
• Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements for procurement decisions.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.
• Monitor material quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
• Follow up with vendors on pending orders and resolve supply‑related issues.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
• Mandatory experience in the modular interior or interior industry.
• Good knowledge of interior materials, hardware, fittings, and accessories.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet project timelines.
