Purchase Executive

About the role

We are expanding our procurement team to support GCC operations across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, and India. The Purchase Executive will manage product sourcing, supplier coordination, price negotiation and procurement activities for promotional gifts, corporate gifts, uniforms and related items.

Key responsibilities

• Source products from local and international suppliers and develop reliable relationships.
• Request, compare and evaluate quotations, specifications, pricing and delivery terms.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Identify alternative, cost‑effective products and solutions for customer requirements.
• Coordinate purchase orders, deliveries and supplier follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate procurement records using ERP and other business systems.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to fulfil customer needs.
• Support procurement activities for GCC markets, ensuring quality, specifications, pricing and timelines are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase, procurement or logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP software and purchasing systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong global sourcing and supplier negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement requirements.
