Purchase Coordinator – Real Estate Projects

About the role

The Purchase Coordinator will support real‑estate projects by managing the end‑to‑end procurement process. Based in Bardez, this full‑time, on‑site position ensures that materials and services are sourced efficiently to keep project timelines on track.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and track purchase orders for project needs.
• Monitor deliveries, verify invoices against orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors, obtain quotations and negotiate basic terms.
• Support budget tracking and collaborate with project, finance and site teams to ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, vendor coordination and basic negotiation.
• Experience in purchasing or coordination roles, preferably within construction or real‑estate.
• Analytical mindset to compare quotations, monitor costs and assist in reporting.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with basic ERP or purchasing software.
