About the role
VoteWave Consultancy is seeking a full‑time Punjabi TeleCaller to support its political outreach initiatives in the Mohali district. You will engage voters and stakeholders through outbound and inbound calls, delivering campaign messages in Punjabi and gathering valuable feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Make and receive calls in Punjabi following provided scripts.
- Record voter responses, concerns, and feedback accurately in the system.
- Update call logs and maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions.
- Escalate complex queries to supervisors while handling routine questions professionally.
- Collaborate with campaign teams to refine communication strategies based on call insights.
Required profile
- Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, with basic English proficiency.
- Strong telephone etiquette, active listening, and clear articulation.
- Ability to manage high call volumes calmly and patiently.
- Basic computer literacy, especially data entry.
- Organised, time‑management skills and ability to follow scripts.
- High school diploma minimum; higher education is a plus.
