Public Relations Strategist

About the role

Level Up PR is seeking a full‑time Public Relations Strategist to work on‑site in the Mohali district. You will develop and execute PR strategies that elevate client brands, ensuring their messages reach targeted audiences and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive PR campaigns, from planning to execution.
• Draft press releases, talking points, pitches, statements and briefing documents.
• Build and maintain media lists, coordinate outreach, and nurture relationships with journalists, influencers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze performance data and provide data‑informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and content teams to align PR efforts with broader initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends and advise clients on opportunities for increased visibility and thought leadership.

Required profile

• Proven PR and media‑relations expertise, including journalist and influencer outreach.
• Strong background in strategic communications and the ability to translate brand goals into clear messaging.
• Experience crafting press releases and other PR materials.
• Ability to plan, execute and report on PR campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to brand consistency.
• Experience with B2B or personal brands and familiarity with digital and social media environments.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills, capable of handling multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on‑site in Mohali and engaging directly with clients.
