Public Relations Specialist

About the role

Level Up PR is seeking a full‑time Public Relations Specialist to join its Chandigarh office. You will craft and execute PR strategies for personal‑brand clients, helping them gain visibility and strengthen audience connections in a fast‑moving digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR campaigns, including press releases, media pitches, and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update press lists, monitor media coverage, and report on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Stay current on industry trends and recommend tactics that align with client objectives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in public relations or communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work on‑site, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience drafting and distributing press releases.
• Proficiency in media relations and building journalist contacts.
• Familiarity with digital PR, social‑media platforms, and basic analytics tools for measuring impact.
