About the role

Level Up PR is seeking a Public Relations Specialist to join its on‑site team in Chandigarh. You will help personal‑brand clients stand out by crafting and executing PR strategies that boost visibility and drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies tailored to each client’s personal brand.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases and manage press kits.
• Pitch story ideas to journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
• Monitor industry trends, track media coverage, and report on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams on content creation, talking points, and crisis communication.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to align PR activities with brand goals.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in public relations or media relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with digital media, social platforms and basic analytics tools.
