Public Relations Manager

About the role

Biz Creation is seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead media relations, PR campaigns, and brand communication for the agency and its diverse client portfolio. The role involves shaping public perception, securing media coverage, and supporting crisis communication in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and media strategies for the agency and client brands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and industry professionals.
• Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR content.
• Coordinate interviews, press meetings, events, and media coverage.
• Identify opportunities for brand publicity and positive media exposure.
• Manage multiple PR campaigns across different industries simultaneously.
• Monitor media coverage, prepare regular PR reports, and support crisis communication.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, creative, and branding teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
