Public Relations Manager

About the role

Healthus.ai, India’s exclusive healthcare‑focused digital agency, is seeking a Public Relations Manager to lead media presence and PR strategy for its founder and key healthcare clients. This full‑time, on‑site role in Bandra, Mumbai, will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution across press, thought leadership and crisis communications.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage PR activities for the founder and selected healthcare clients.
• Develop and execute media strategies and campaigns to secure coverage in top‑tier publications such as Forbes, TOI, ET Healthworld, BusinessWorld, etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and editors across healthcare, business and lifestyle beats.
• Draft press releases, op‑eds, authored articles, media quotes and interview briefs.
• Monitor media trends, identify timely PR opportunities and collaborate with internal digital/content teams for aligned storytelling.
• Handle crisis communications and reputation management when required.
• Report on PR campaign metrics and media impact regularly.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of PR experience, preferably in a healthcare or digital agency environment.
• Strong network of media contacts across health, business and technology beats.
• Excellent writing, pitch crafting and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting.
• Hands‑on experience with PR reporting and media monitoring tools.
