Public Relations Manager

About the role

The Public Relations Manager will lead Ocean Multivision’s PR initiatives from its Noida office, shaping the company’s reputation and visibility across media channels. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with branding, marketing and leadership teams to deliver consistent, impact‑driven communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with business goals.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, and thought‑leadership content for print, digital and broadcast outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews, events, press conferences and other media engagements.
• Monitor media coverage, track trends and analyze PR performance using relevant tools.
• Identify storytelling opportunities and manage the company’s public image across online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with branding, marketing and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Handle crisis communication when required and report on PR impact.

Required profile

• Strong media‑relations and press‑release writing skills.
• Experience in PR strategy development, campaign planning and brand‑reputation management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Proven event‑management and stakeholder‑engagement experience.
• Organizational and project‑management abilities to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in a branding, agency or business‑transformation environment is preferred.
• Comfort working on‑site in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
