Public Relations and Communications Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Public Relations and Communications Partner to shape and protect the public image of Diam O' Rivo, a fine crafted jewellery brand. Based on‑site in Surat, you will work closely with design, marketing and retail teams to ensure a consistent brand narrative across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop press materials, press releases and editorial content that reflect the brand voice.
• Coordinate media outreach, build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers and industry partners.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns and support product launch communications.
• Oversee storytelling initiatives such as social‑media features, customer stories and brand‑centric content.
• Monitor brand mentions, prepare communication briefs and ensure all external communications align with Diam O' Rivo’s values and visual identity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public relations, media relations or corporate communications.
• Background in brand management, marketing or integrated communications with experience in campaign planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interest or experience in jewellery, fashion or luxury lifestyle sectors.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work cross‑functionally with design, marketing and retail teams.
