Public Cloud Platform Engineer (Azure/AWS/GCP)

About the role

Join Bosch Digital's Public Cloud Services team as a Public Cloud Platform Engineer. You will support the operation and delivery of cloud services across Azure, AWS, and GCP, ensuring reliable and secure platform performance for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests related to public cloud platforms.
• Process IT Service Provider (ITSP) requests within defined SLAs.
• Perform annual metadata reviews and manage cloud subscriptions, accounts, and projects.
• Execute lifecycle management – creation, modification, deletion, and de‑commissioning of cloud resources.
• Prepare monthly service delivery KPI reports and internal charging data for cloud workloads.
• Support cloud cost‑optimization and security initiatives.
• Coordinate with cloud vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience working with public cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and a team‑oriented mindset.
